There are many components that make up the character traits of a dynamic individual.

One unique and rare trait is being selfless, being concerned more with the needs and wishes of others than with one’s own-to be unselfish. Applying or using your ability to do something is called work, but when that ability gets supported by dedication, determination, and focus, then it is called hard work. These are the qualities of a leader.

Emmanuel Coleman is the true definition of a “Shining Star”! If ever called upon for any task big or small, he is front and center ready to lead the charge. Individuals such as this are a rare find, truly rare a “Hard Worker”.
