Employee of the Month

We would like to congratulate Janice Spinner on being our March Employee of the Month. Janice joined the family in June of 2021 as a leasing consultant at The Metropolitan Apartments in Washington, D.C. At the time, the property has taken a huge hit due to the pandemic, but Janice did not let that scare her away. She immediately jumped in and leased the property back up in no time. Her warm personality and go getter attitude have created an inviting atmosphere for every resident and prospect she encounters. Janice has become a major staple at The Metropolitan and a welcomed addition. We are looking forward to watching her career grow.
