Employee of the Month

Pamela Muse came to Laurel Village Apartments a little over a year ago and has been nothing but a wondrous addition to the Laurel Village team. As Leasing Consultant, Pam joined the community only weeks before the pandemic hit Pittsburgh, but that did not stop her from renting apartments, even if she had to do it from her own living room. She saw it as a great challenge and did not let it defeat her. Instead, she devised creative methods to promote and lease apartments and in just a few months, she took a community that averaged around 94% occupied for years to over 98% occupied.

Pam’s go-getter attitude and charming personality has captured the hearts of every person she comes in contact with. We would like to congratulate Pam on being our May “Employee of the Month”. We are excited to see what the future has in store for her.
