Congratulations

We would like to congratulate Aixa Burgos on her 5^th work anniversary. Aixa started her career as a leasing consultant at Heritage Park Apartments in Adelphi, MD. Burgos’ comforting personality and hardworking attitude made her the perfect leasing consultant to bring the property to 100% occupied in a matter of months. She quickly was promoted to Assistant Property Manager at the property where she took on more responsibilities without blinking an eye. Always up for helping a sister property in need, Burgos would travel to different properties to help train staff members and assist when needed while also making sure her duties at Heritage Park never wavered. Her willingness to help, plus several other great qualifications, landed her a promotion to Property Manager at 2112 New Hampshire Apartments in Washington, D.C.

With the pandemic and a tough market, Burgos saw the property through ups and downs and never batted an eye. We would like to thank Aixa for all that she has done for her properties and for Dreyfuss. We look forward to watching her grow and can’t wait to see what the next 5 years have in store for her.
