We would like to congratulate Devin Schmitt on being our April Employee of the Month. Joining the Crane Village team a little under a year ago, you would think Devin had been in this business for years. His infectious personality makes all who visit the leasing office feel like they are in good hands with Devin. Having worked as the only leasing consultant on the property for the first few months of his career, Devin never let it get to him. He continued to rent and keep the property well above 98% occupied. Always willing to learn, Devin is quick to adapt no matter the situation while also providing help to those who need it. Devin is an onboarding buddy providing support to new employees regardless of their location. We are so proud of Devin and look forward to watching him grow.
