He’s been actively learning and immediately applying new skills, which have directly contributed to successfully renting apartments and assisting the residents who live at this property. He has rented over 20 apartments and brought the property’s occupancy rate up 10% since July 1! His dedication, willingness to grow, and ability to turn knowledge into results truly sets him apart.
