Dreyfuss Family, please help me in Congratulating Nicole Fraser on being the February 2025 Employee of the Month.  Nicole began working at Steward Tower Apartments in March 2024 as an Administrative Assistant.  After only 6 months in property management, she took the initiative to obtain, on her own, the professional designation, CALP.   Next, she plans to study for the CAM when she is eligible.  She always displays a positive attitude, exceptional customer service, and willingness to learn and grow. 



Nicole has volunteered at several properties in Maryland and DC and is willing to continue to help and support where necessary.  She leaves a lasting impression on all that crosses her path, whether it’s internal or external.

She has been a wonderful addition to Dreyfuss Management.  Congratulations Nicole!
