Employee of the Month Crystal Mattews

Our Employee of the Month is Crystal Matthews, Property Manager at Bristol Village at Charter Colony in Midlothian, VA. Congratulations!

Since becoming the Property Manager at the end of January, Crystal has not had a full-time Supervisor of Maintenance and must rely on contractors and part-time assistance from sister communities. The extra responsibility of being a “Maintenance Coordinator” has been very time-consuming and makes her workdays very long and strenuous. However, she has risen to the challenge and has increased occupancy to 99% and maintained delinquency below $600 for the past two months. She has also had to learn Yardi during her tenure. Despite all the challenges, she always has a smile and is extremely positive. Thank you, Crystal, for all your efforts!
