This person has been with us almost two years. He swiftly acclimated to the property and the residents. He understands the need for discretion and diplomacy when serving the residents. He has provided significant support to the Property Manager and the DC Maintenance Team. He believes in our culture and promotes service to others as his mission. What is important for us is how he accepts tasks to perform which are not normal duties and completes them without objection. He is accountable for his work, and he is eager to assist other communities when asked.
