Luis has been the Maintenance Technician at Carriage Pointe at Aquia for 1 Year. He previously worked at the property and returned after 5 years. He is a wonderful asset, not only to our property but to Dreyfuss. I look forward to his positive demeanor and outlook every day. We had a maintenance emergency on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day that kept him here at the property and away from his family. Not once did he complain. I kept apologizing to him and all he said was, “This is my job.” This is just one of the instances where Luis has shown his dependability to the property and our residents.
