When you hear descriptions about staff, using phrases such as: ”…they are rudder which steers the ship,” or “…they are the glue holding us together” these are complimentary expressions of how valuable they are to the team. For twenty-five years, Linda Cline has been an important member of the Dreyfuss Management Team. She has developed into that special colleague who is respected and accountable while performing the demanding position as our Human Resource Director. Linda achieved the industry-recognized designation of SHRM-CP to enhance her role as a leader in our organization. She really is a “Certified Professional”!

Linda eagerly shares the responsibility, with the executive group, to support, guide and train staff toward a better operation to serve our internal and external customers. Linda embraces our culture daily as she undertakes a myriad of tasks to steer us toward success.
