Jared started his career as a Leasing Consultant at Oakton Park in Northern Virginia. He excelled at the position and became an integral part of the Property Management Team. 

After a brief hiatus and a move to Richmond, Virginia, Jared rejoined the Team as an Assistant Property Manager in the commercial portfolio. Jared quickly grasped the ins and outs of Commercial Property Management and was promoted to Property Manager. While attending his position in the commercial portfolio, Jared has willingly applied the benefit of his Multifamily experience in helping out at other properties in the portfolio when needed. 

Jared is an exceptional employee. He combines technical proficiency with reliability and proactivity and strong communication. Jared takes initiative to solve problems, accepts feedback constructively, and contributes positively to the Company Culture. He is a dependable team member and aligns his daily work to the company goals and values.
