EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: Shaquan Dunn-Caston

It takes a unique individual to place the needs of others before their own, someone who is selfless, compassionate, and empathetic. These are the makings of a great leader. Shaquan has embraced her role at the property and consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty. She has detailed knowledge of how to operate and manage a property. When faced with adversity, such as internal changes, she keeps her head held high, asks what needs to be done, and handles it promptly.

Most recently, Shaquan has created a food pantry program at Glen Willow for the Thanksgiving holiday to help residents in need with food. Providing resources to support her community highlights her dedication to the property.

It is a joy to work with someone who takes her job and assignments seriously. We know her colleagues share the same feelings as we do. She is really a Shining Star and is on the right track to being a Property Manager. It is a pleasure to introduce Shaquan for our Employee Spotlight.
