We would like to recognize Jose Rodriguez for a job well done! Jose jumped into action and went above and beyond in April when the property experienced a small fire. Jose was responsible for retrieving a blind dog from the apartment unit and getting him to safety.

Jose coordinated with the contractors, fire department and residents so the resident and her furry companion were not displaced for more than 24 hours. He also walked the surrounding units to inspect for additional damage, while also ensuring no other residents were harmed during the ordeal. Jose stayed at the property until 11pm to make sure that the unit was secured properly, and all residents felt comfortable returning to the building.
