Employee of the Month Latoya

Latoya has been chosen by her peers to be April’s Employee of the Month. Latoya has recently been promoted to a Regional Manager and has taken on several additional properties. She started her career with us at The Ruben properties located in DC. Latoya is extremely helpful with laying out the tools necessary for success of her team. Latoya keeps her on site teams motivated and always provides an open line of communication. By this positive reinforcement, her teams have produced awesome results while also keeping the residents happy. Latoya has also been involved in mentoring new hires. She continues to go above and beyond for the company, her team and residents.
