We would like to congratulate Michelle Montana on being our February Employee of the Month! Michelle was hired as the Property Manage of Crane Village Apartments in May of 2022 and immediately made an impact. Her infectious personality and go getter attitude have kept her team motivated to keep the over 400-unit property at almost 100% occupied since her hire date. She is consistently finding ways to keep the property looking in tip-top shape while also coming in under budget. Because of her performance at Crane Village, Michelle has been asked to assist in the training new Dreyfuss staff members and assist at sister properties when needed. Never to shy away from a challenge, Michelle takes everything one step at a time and manages to always take a negative and make it into a positive. We would like to thank Michelle for all that she has done since joining the Dreyfuss team a few months ago. We are excited to continue to watch her career grow here at Dreyfuss and can’t wait to see what she’ll do next.
