Samir Contreras started with Glen Willow Apartments in July of 2023. Early on Samir expressed his desire to grow with our company and become a Maintenance Supervisor and he meant it. As the seasons changed so did Samir’s ability to adapt to the many situations that his property experienced. Samir was truly embracing the many changes and used them to his advantage as a learning opportunity to prove that his dedication, commitment, and knowledge of the property were top notch. A true leader understands that you don’t need a title to be great, Samir is the example of this statement.
