Dreyfuss Management is a full-service property management firm headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland. With years of experience, the company currently manages numerous multifamily and commercial properties in the Washington and Pittsburgh metro areas.

Over the years, Dreyfuss has been an active participant in planning, analyzing, developing, renovating, and managing multifamily and commercial real estate assets for a broad range of clients. We have managed a variety of properties, ranging from less than 5 units to over 1,000 units in size. Our expertise in product redevelopment is the result of years of experience renovating and repositioning multifamily properties. Over the years, we have renovated over 19,000 units.

These projects have included cosmetic overhauls of less than $3,000/unit, moderate rehabs of approximately $10,000/unit and full gut renovations upwards to $30,000/unit. The breadth of this knowledge allows Dreyfuss to provide personnel with the experience necessary to operate property in today's competitive marketplace.
